The one I see on Specialty Store Services doesn't have the sleeve, but apparently has clips for manuals, as well as enough space to fit a SNES manual inside. The picture is too small to really asses anything.
These aren't the UGCs we normally use (aside from the lack of sleeve, the plastic inside the case looks different, and it seems to be a bit taller), but that wouldn't be an issue if it wasn't for the fact that it doesn't come with the sleeve. Unless you plan to attach a printout with spray glue, it doesn't suit our purposes here on the site.
