I made this without knowledge of a high quality scan of Mega Man.. but mine still looks good in it's case.. i may go back someday and use the HQ scans.. lol

Your right i probably should check for higher quality logos on the net.  I have been just using some one else s template that I slightly altered.   I do want to reprint these again with legal paper some time in the future. But I already have too many irons in the fire.

Fantastic thread. While I prefer the purple covers, it's still great to see such a devoted fanbase to Sega's remarkable but often overlooked "portable" machine.
I hope that, a year later, people are still making some covers.

I really like the way these covers look and found them on the forums for most of the games I have but I can't find one for Dragon Crystal.
If anyone is willing to make a cover for Dragon Crystal or post a scan of the original box I would greatly appreciate it.
