Haha yeah okay. I can see how that sounded a little bit conceded but I was trying to prove my point. And sorry to disappoint Wolf...but I just looked down and yeah I'm a girl  :P

Fat men can think that as well (in more than one way too!)

  • ...and that's the bottom line
As a fat man I'm slightly offended but I will neither confirm nor deny if there is some truth to your assertion ;)

Pics or it didn't happen!

(Just kidding...I believe you ;) )

Still, you have to admit that the gaming community is, for the most part, a sausage fest, and that there simply aren't enough gamer girls to match up with all the gamer guys.  For every one of you there's easily ten of us.  Honestly, I'd feel lucky to find someone who's merely tolerant of my gaming hobby, nevermind someone who shares it.  I mean sure, aim for the stars, but I wouldn't be disappointed if I just hit the moon.  ;)

Hey Wolf. Nicely said. To be honest guys I think you are all trying to hard to find the "perfect gamer girl." A lot of my girlfriends aren't really gamers but they enjoy playing when a guy asks them to. I mean think about it. I've watched a ton of sports games and been on camping trips, etc. for guys. It's not really my thing but I put on the jersey, wear team colored ribbons in my hair, and cheer as loud as I can because it's fun to share stuff with the person you are with. If you find a girl who doesn't share all of your interests it's not always a bad thing but if she isn't "tolerant" of them then move on; you are better off without her.

I'm 25 years old and collect video games (over 500 atm)
I play warhammer (once every week/2 weeks)
I play magic (not much lately)
I play ADND / Vampire (once a week)
I play FPS games on pc

It's got geek written all over it, but I'm not having trouble with the girls. Even though I'm currently without a gf :(

But the key is to keep things seperate. If a girl doesn't like gaming it doesn't mean she can't be your gf. My previous gf didn't like gaming, but we still made it work. I'm not so addicted that I have to game even when I was around her. She likes stuff I don't like and vise versa, so she did that shit while I was gone and I did the same.

If you have your collection on shelves in your living room then you might have trouble when girls come over. But even I keep my collection in boxes atm (cause I still have to put up shelves, which will not be placed in my living room).

But there is a way to get a girl who doesn't game to play one. When the weather is shitty and you're stuck inside, suggest a game of Mario. But don't suggest this on a hot mid summer day, or a saturday night.

I think most of us prefer the "girlfriend" without covers.

Sheesh you guys...no wonder girls stay out of gaming.  They probably think we're all just a bunch of fat middle-aged horny neckbeards.   ;)

At any rate, I agree with what magby said in her last post.  Now I just have to find a girl like she described who's desperate enough.  What works best guys, going through the phone book or door-to-door?  ;D
