I was going to ask who took the picture since you were both playing but I guess that makes sense.  Doesn't make you any less of a bastard, though.  ;D

You know, occasionally my mom (71 years old) will be unable to make it to the restroom in time and if she has forgotten to put her adult diapers on she'll call me down from upstairs to bring her a change of pants so she doesn't have to walk around the house half-naked or soaked in pee.  So yeah, I'm pretty much just as lucky as you... ;)

What made you tell us this? How do you jump from playing games semi nude to this.  :-\

Well I do that as my work.

Last time today I cleaned a man who coughed so hard that he pooped him self so hard that poo came flying out of his trouser leg.
This happened in middle of dining room while the other 6 patients and 3 RPNs where eating.
Nobody flinched.
I just got up and changed him and continued eating.

Good lord...elder care is one job I could NOT do.  You, and all others that can, have my admiration for being able to do this.  LOL @ your story, though!  :D

Well it's not that bad.
My main responsibilty is homecare, as in driving around town and helping elderly at home.
I rarely have to do stuff related to poo or pee (at the moment my patients need just help remembering to take their med and eating).
I just happened to be at one of our nursing homes, which act as our headquarters.

My main job is talking, evaluvating, and occasionally hitting the bar with our patients.

And no I don't drink and drive, our town is small and I can do the rounds walking.
