I'm siding with mariocaseman here. I don't watch football either, nor would I even be interested in faking it. Don't fake it. Nothing sucks quite like being forced into something because the person you're with thinks you're enjoying it.

Don't try to be. If you can't be yourself, then it's not worth it. There's someone out there that will want to be with you, but if you try to be someone they want, then they won't want you, they'll just want whoever you're pretending to be.

Watching sports has been the only thing preventing me from playing games more than I already do.  I haven't gamed much this past few weeks since the MLB playoffs have been going on and of course football on the weekends and Monday night.

So, yeah, I watch sports and collect video games.  Add in the fact that my mom still lives with me and I'm pretty much the antithesis of 'babe-magnet'.

Or just find a girl which has a very strange or time/money/etc. consuming hobby as well. For example my girl is totally into equine sports (she hast two horses which costs shitloads of money) and so is very tolerant against my hobby even though I allready own around 2200 or some more games and over 30 consoles. :-)

People just should be more tolerant when it comes to hobbies one loves!

Yeah, pretty much. And I'm American. Just don't see the point of it at all. Don't really care much about sports at all. Mini golf is fun, though. Baseball and basketball are fun without the running. I just like the throwing/ hitting part.
