Girlfriends and Video Games

my girlfriend that got me started with collecting video games and anime/manga related materials ^^
before I met her , i was an emulator kid and only watched the animes without recording or putting in covers , had very little otaku related memorobilia (hats , posters , key holders , action figures) and even less video game stuff (only my old PS1 fat and an DS)
now we have 9 consoles , 10 actualy because we have 2 DS lite , almost 300 games counting originals and bootlegs (working on getting my favorites on original media ^^) and lots of action figures and recorded subbed anime ^^
find the soul mate , only then you will be happy ^^

I'm sure she was my soul mate, friends for so many years... I can't be the guy she wants. I'd rather play chip n dale rescue rangers on nes than watch football. it is just who I am :(

Might want to keep the word Bootleg out of your posts.. We don't condone that kinda stuff around these parts.

Thats how Ive always done it. Never backfires! Ive been a pretty hardcore gamer starting at a very young age but Ive always had a very active social life. I get out and party on a regualar basis with friends. I did however manage to get lucky a found myself a cute girl who not only shares most of the same interestests and social/recreational activities as me, but is also quite a little gamer herself! They are out there.
But Ive definetly dated my fare share of girls who didnt care too much for video games that ever had any issues with my hobby because it was never became a problem.

Once you're in the friend zone you are trapped there for good or until she confesses her love for you (in my experience this usually happened when i hooked up with other girls but hey...).
As far as point #2 goes... you don't watch football!? At least fake it lol. At the very least you can watch SportsCenter for 1 hour and be caught up with at least 3 days of sports.
