That's what makes my labels so great! They are designed to contour with curves AND STAY!

Let me tell you though, it sure was alot of "fun" trying to scan the top of the cartridge, kind of rolling the cartridge as the scanner passed. And I had to go through quite a few test prints and die cuts to get this to look right!!

Okay, also more information on the printing of these labels..

Printer: HP Designjet 9000 54"
Vinyl: 3M IJ35 with Air Agress adhesive (which helps with application, no bubbles because of micro channels in the adhesive)
Lamination: 54" Hot/Cold laminator and 3M lamination
Die Cut: 54" Graphtec Plotter (part of the printing process is crop marks, where this plotter reads the crop marks and diecuts all decals perfectly)

Wow.  With the prices you are charging, shouldn't you be using a cast vinyl (IJ180C-10 v2)?
Also, is it the 8519 laminant?
Also, does the HP use full solvent or mild solvent ink?
Is it 6 or 8 color?

IJ35C with 8509 laminate.
Full solvent I believe.
6 color process

I just looked up the product bulletin for the IJ35C-10.  I didn't realize 3M was giving it a 5 year warranty!  Nice!

Does it use the version 1 comply system (is the cross-hatching visible)?  Just professionally curious because I'm considering getting a couple of rolls for the shop  :)

So what is the ETA that some full sets will be available either here on the forums or on the site itself?

I honestly like shenske's style of N64 ones but it will all boil down to whatever label covers the majority of my games. Now I have to get out goo gone to get rid of the sticker/marker residue off my games!
