Yeah I thought the spines looked familiar as well. The fact that he's making a profit off this bugs me very much only because it can easily be done for free. I do think it would be a cool thing to do on the site though. Hopefully there aren't any ass-backwards policies around taking someone else's idea and doing it for free even though they've been using your work to sell it, because I wouldn't want our site to get shut down over something like that. Then again I'm always paranoid of this stuff. |

@Zombiewolf The way i figure it is if he is trying to pass our hard-work as his own then i hold the right to use his idea. His top spine label is a complete rip-off from vertical spines, it even uses the top banner! Like i said i normally wouldn't care about this but on NintendoAge alone he is going to make $400 off of those guys! :o Something that should be free considering he didn't do all the work. The idea isn't a new one anyway, unclebob requested something like this about the ~3 years ago. Also, the 32x label he uses is just the entire spine from a UGC cover... weak ::) |

In that case I propose a new label thread :D My only concerns legally were that we were going to be taking something that someone else was selling and making it free, but the fact that he's stealing our work entirely makes that a moot point. |

He is making money from copyrighted images owned by nintendo and the the deveopers of their respective games. |
