My Nintendo 64 has problems with crackling/Static sound. Its not constant but when playing a came the sound would crackle, like in the opening of Banjo Kazzoie when the fly goes by the N64 logo the sound would crackle. Some games its not to bad, but others are awful, like Rampage World Tour with all the exploitations. I've tried two different video cables and two different N64's. I play on a Vizio TV, with a RCA surround sound speakers plugged in to it, it crackles through the RCA ones, and the built in ones. I do not have this problem with any other system. Any Ideas?

I have this same problem, but I think mine is caused by my using an HDTV.  Your speakers may be the problem too.
