new game for COLECOVISION ( and Intellivision), programmers wanted

sorry for intrusion but...looking for a programmer interested to realize on command new games for Colecovision.
Other italian group also looking for programmer, Intellivision project.

I would join the project but I have no programmings skills.

I have possibility to produce new shells
have access to new roms and eproms
know a label producer
know a box producer
have an artist for drawings and am also sure here would find other help
have a guy that can prepare the carts assembling all together and rom memory
...simply need the remaining...90% of the job, a good programmer
