I'll make one. I have the box mine came in, so all it would take is a tad bit of effort. I'm busy with so many Universal Media Cases now though so I'll get it done in the next few days.

Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been busy lately with work and constentating all my efforts on Universal Media Case games, mainly NES but also SNES N64, Famicom and Famicom Disk System. I'll get this cover and upload it by the end of the weekend for sure.

If I only had a scanner.  I have a first release Action Replay box that's still in good shape *and* a newer AR box that I cut apart to physically fit inside of a GCN Disc case. (that I could, in theory, scan and someone could make a cover with minor touch ups, although it's all shiney and probably wouldn't scan well...)

Where do you live? I'm sure you'll find someone here who could scan the cover for you if you're willing to send it. We have agents around the world

I live in Southern Illinois.  I could probably buy a scanner for less than what it'd cost to ship all the stuff that I need/want scanned.
