@ Arseen: The preview of the logos is uploaded to Imageshack in a .png format because of the transparency. Just tell me if the size is ok.

Size is perfect, transparency not:

Check that the outside is pure white, ie if you use let's say purple with paint bucket tool in MS Paint it colors to the spikes witout leaving any white visible.
Check also that the inside white parts have no pure white, but all bit off-white.

Umm Arseen... it's working fine for me as well?  I even used the PNG from imageshack because I dont have photoshop on this computer...

1) Click this link
2) Right click and "save-as"
2.5) DO NOT COPY IMAGE - well atleast copying PNG's never makes it transparent
3) Try again and report your success / failure.

Again, it seems to be working fine for me in windows 7 paint,
as it looks nothing like your

Had to resize it to 15% and repaint the parts that were stiil see-thru inside the logo.

As you can see the result is better but it still has like all the covers on the site white lines around the spikes of the logo. that make it look bit fuzzy.

it does however improve the clarity of the text.

I use W7 Paint as well.

vlad, don't mind arseen!  Personally, I've wanted to make a thread called "Arseen's Random Deciphered Quotes" only because I have laughed my ass off on a majority of comments he posts.  I need to know his supplier, no joke.  Awesome Nintendo seal btw =D

Are you using just Microsoft Paint? Because maybe this is the problem, I think that Microsoft Paint doesn't work with transparencies. You could try downloading the trial version of Photoshop or Corel Draw, or using other programs like The Gimp.

I just want to say that I don't have any trouble with the PNG's transparency hosted in imageshack using Corel's Paint Shop Pro X. I'm not sure why your software is distorting the image arseen  ???

MS Paint, even Windows 7 one is not perfect, but I don't know how to use anything else.

I tried this:

Opened it in Paint.net.

Using Magic Wand and Paint Bucket tools made it absolutely two color: Pure white (only one shade) and gold (again only one shade).
Made sure no anti-aliasing was left or on.

Saved it 100% quality.

Re-opened it, and surprice surprice, it had turned into multishade one!

Why doesn't it hold solid two tone form?
