There is no way at all to make a cover with this. (178 × 200) isn't workable by any means. Be patient and ask other members/forums/collectors for a scan. I'm sure someone will help. Just don't link super low rez images from google.

That's workable. High quality scans produce high quality work. So basically the larger the scan the clearer all those little letters in the back of the box will be.

It was guided towards irvgotti452, I was asking if there was a blank template for Japanese GB games, so i can put the rt into it and some parts of the cover would be less blurry,

There's no established template but you can grab any of the ds case template and go crazy. I'm not sure how you're going to do it with such a smalll image.

A bit late but here is some source material for creating a higher quality/detail Dracula Densetsu cover (= Castlevania 1)

Includes the front cover picture as a stand alone JPEG picture based on a camera shot I found. I manipulated it by correcting the perspective and then doing cleanup in a much higher resolution.
