I don't think any others exsist yet, except the alternate SMB-T-NWC cover.
Oh and the Joe & Mac cover is yet to be found also.

There was only one retail version made for the triple pack, which was in Spain. The rest of the world got it as a console pack in.

Thanks, that was the other version I was looking.
I call this alternate, because the label of the game I got first was with the other label, besides I think it looks better.

Noticed tiny imperfection on the English version:
In NES era Peach was known as Princess Toadstool here in Europe.

Shadowgate atleast exsists.
There was version without the lines behind the back text at least, might have been version with the lines also not quite sure, I'll check when I get home.
