*DONE* Night Trap - 3DO - NA - JPN to NA - Raws

Hello, everyone. I plan on getting Night Trap for the 3DO soon, but I've noticed the one I want is lacking a case. That being said, could someone please make me a DVD Cover for it? I would like it all to be in English though. In other words, I would like the words from the English Back Cover to be on the back of the Japanese Cover. Here are the Japanese and US Covers for the Game, front and back:
