Missing Saturn covers

I've been using the Saturn section to spruce up my game collection. Many of my original Saturn cases are destroyed or missing and I'm making the change to regular DVD cases, but I have a few covers I need to finish off my collection.

Dead or Alive (JPN)
Dodonpachi (JPN)
Wachenroder (JPN)
Mr. Bones (USA)

If anybody could help me out and make some custom DVD covers for any of these, I would appreciate it.
