This the only good one i could find so far. http://www.amazon.com/Brother-Printer-HL2270DW-Wireless-Monochrome/dp/B00450DVDY/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1314804452&sr=8-3

What are you babling about.

Black and White printer for printing covers? Your link leads to a monochrome printer.

I don't think anyone here has said that laser printers are better.

On the contrary, inkjets are better for cover printing, unless you print a lot.
As for the paper , I use HP Semi-gloss photo paper.

Thanks bud, do you know of a good inkjet printer for the price? And if you go to the guides form and click on the "faqs for newbies" it does infact say that laser printing is recommended not sure why though.

I use the cheapest canon printer I did find.
Paper quality means more I think.
And that you tell your printer what quality paper you use.

And before you ask one of the most common questions, for printing the covers you need Legal size paper in US or A4 in Europe. Letter size paper is to small.

Oh and one more thing. This is the right paper? http://www.amazon.com/HP-Q2509A-Glossy-Everyday-inches/dp/B0000TIMUG/ref=sr_1_1?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1314810252&sr=1-1

In terms of size and everything?

Wrong size, this is letter size: 8.5 x 11 inches. Legal is 8.5 x 14 inches, but could not find that size.

Wait a minute. You're able to find Semi-gloss photo paper in larger than 8.5 x 11? Everywhere I go, any glossy paper I find is letter sized or smaller. Or is that one of those european exclusives? It would explain why I never find any in any stores around here.

I'm Finnish (Europe), we have different paper size system.
A4, which is our basic size, comes in all fancy finishes including semi-gloss, and fits covers perfectly.

I knew you were Finnish, as I've seen you mention it in other threads. I just didn't know what the dimensions for A4 Paper were. While it's nice to know that A4 would be a good size and be available in glossy (or semi-gloss), I have a feeling it'll be just as hard to find here as any of the specialty legal sized paper (which I'm convinced is only available to Americans online). I guess I'll have to go online to get my cover paper. I was really hoping to avoid that.

This dude seems to sell it world wide, altough price is ridiculous:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/HP-Everyday-Semi-gloss-Photo-Paper-25-sht-A4-210-x-297-/390074507150?pt=UK_Computing_Printer_Paper_Accessories_ET&hash=item5ad2409f8e
I paid 4 euros (6 bucks or so) for 100 sheet pack.
