Request Cover: Wii Play and Wii Play Motion Combined Covers

Would it be possible for someone on this forum to combine the pictures and logos of Wii Play and Wii Play: Motion onto one Wii game cover? It must fit a standard DVD cover and conatain the pictures and logos of both video games. Any help will be appreciated.
