Duck Hunt on HDTV?

I have a toshiba , and nes games come thought super sharp. Snes games also look pretty good too, but I have noticed a frame skip every once in a while. However this could be something that snes always did and I just dont recall.

I get this a lot too. My games look fine on a 26" Sony.
