There is probably someone comlaining about useless topic but, I had so fun yesterday that I don't care!!!

Anyway I was at Kotkan Meripäivät yesterday.

First Kotiteollisuus played: OK.

Then Pelle Miljoona OY with Andy McCoy (of Hanoi Rocks fame): Lotta classics, good show.

Then Hardcore Superstar played: Show started getting really good, and I managed to grab bear (unopened, now on my shelf) that the base player threw to the audience.

Then came the main act, Twisted Sister: Managed to grab two picks (lost the other one somehow). People started to be drunk and wild.

Final act was Michael Monroe (of Hanoi Rocks fame again) with his band.

Ummm I don't think so.  He is in Finland. Besides, European Hard Rock/Metal has a more loyal following.  (Friend of mine likes foreign metal a lot)

Yeah Kotiteollisuus (Home industry) and Pelle Miljoona OY (Clown Milion ltd.) Are Finnish bands with little following outside Finland.
Hardcore Superstar is Swedish Band that I had never heard (I think) before either.

But Hanoi Rocks had quite success internationally, I think it still best selling Finnish artist internationally (least pre-internet era). Well at least first huge Finnish success.

Was very succesfull until Mötley Crüe's lead singer Vince Neil killed Hanoi Rock's drummer Razzle:
