In about a week, I'm scheduled to start on 32X cartridge manual scans (32X CD's are already done).  Though, just a heads up, I'm about 10 manuals short of a full set still at this point.  I still plan on starting on the date I randomly threw on a calendar, and I'll just skip the one I don't have and then back fill once I eventually pick them up.

Also, in regards to Sega Master System, I noticed the site was missing a vast majority of Sega Master System games (at least, the US versions).  So, when I'm going through pulling manuals, I'll also pull inserts and scan those.  Granted, these have been in cases for 25+ years, so there will be some spines that will never scan completely flat.  I went ahead and did one as an example:

http://www.ratigators.com (scroll down to the M's)

Also, same rule applies, my scanner is crazy sharp (picks up with original halftone print artifacts, in other words, looks identical to the original to my eyes).  As mentioned before, blur to your liking:

http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=4680.msg43843#msg43843

Lastly, on the Sega Master System insert scans, I'm doing those 300dpi scanned straight to USB, just like my manual scans.  That's as probably as far as I'll go.  I did a test print, and the printed insert looked nice to me.  The primary reason why I don't plan on going higher is because of things like this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/160793895253?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649

There's still a huge Sega Master System collectors market, and there's a ton of games out there that are "loose" (no box), and I'm not a huge fan of people picking up a cheap game with a case, printing off an insert for a uncommon or rare game, and flipping it as a game "just missing a manual", or even just selling the inserts, such as this:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/260902483701?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649#ht_798wt_801

That will still probably happen anyways, except I made a minor change to easily identify a duplicate.  Actually, not really, but the thought did cross my mind, but I decided against it (or did I :)

First 32X Cartridge manual scan is up for After Burner.  Zaxxon Motherbase 2000 will get uploaded once I pick up a copy.  Here's the full list of what I'm missing so there are no surprises:

Blackthorne
Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure
Primal Rage (I only have a loose cartridge)
Spiderman: Web of Fire
T-Mek
World Series Baseball '95
Zaxxon Motherbase 2000

Also, my WWF Raw manual had a rental sticker on the front that was removed and caused some damage, but I'll scan it in as is and eventually replace.

I've finished up all of the 32X games that I own.  I received a replacement copy of Primal Rage and posted that manual, and I have a copy of Blackthorne in the mail, and once that arrives, I'll get it scanned in.  Same deal with the last remaining few, once I pick up a copy, I'll get the manual scanned in and linked.

Also, not that anyone is asking for these, but I did one as a test.  Though, if I was to ever do them for real, I need a larger scanner as you can see :)

TSOLfan, glad this thread popped up I was actually looking for the person who's responsible for all these wonderful scans. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to scan all these manuals, it's really helped my Sega CD collection, and also the almost impossible to find Knuckles Chaotix manual, is a huge help! Keep up the great work, can't wait till you get to the Sega Master System and possibly scan Sonic 2 & Chaos, which aren't on your list but Sonic The Hedgehog is, in the future!

Scan in 2 parts?

And I have the ESPN NBA Sega CD manual if you want scans.

Sure, I've always wondered why no one has done this sooner, since I know I'm not the only one with a few complete sets sitting around.  Granted, there was a nearly complete set of Sega CD scans floating around for a while in PDF format, though, some were in pretty rough shape.  Also, no Sonic 2 or Chaos from me, as trying to complete a European set of Sega Master System isn't in my future.  I was going to say to try SMS Power or SMS Tributes sites, which are fantastic SMS resources, though, neither have the 2 you are looking for.

Well, that would just take twice as long :)  Then again, there's only 21 US Pico games (as opposed to the hundreds of Japanese Pico releases, even some by Nintendo).

And, yea, I know you've offered up your Hangtime in the past, but that totally ruins the fun of it all :)  Also, it's one of the titles for which there is a PDF scan floating around for, so if someone really wants it, it's out there already.

Now, if you were offering up a scan of the Daytona USA Netlink Supplement, that would be a different story :D

TSOLfan, you wouldn't happen to have a copy of Sega Marine Fishing from Japan, would you? I'm trying to work on the US one and I noticed the Japanese one has the full logo without the fish hiding part of it.

Unfortunately, no.  As for Japanese titles, I only have a sampling, mostly fighting games. I can't read/speak Japanese, though, one of my cousins does and would help if I was running up against a wall on something, so that, along with the fact that I do have space limitations, have kept me from collecting more.

Here's the list of NTSC-J titles I own:

Sega Saturn
Akumajou Dracula X: Gekka no Yasoukyoku
Christmas Nights
Daytona USA
Dead or Alive
Deep Fear
Dragon Ball Z Idainaru Dragon Ball Densetsu
Dragon Ball Z Shinbutouden
Dungeons & Dragons Collection
Fighters Megamix
Fighting Vipers
Marvel Super Heroes Vs Street Fighter
Mobile Suit Gundam
Mobile Suit Gundam Side Story 3 ~The Judgement
Panzer Dragoon
Panzer Dragoon II Zwei
Pocket Fighter
Vampire Savior
Virtua Fighter
Virtua Fighter 2
Virtua Fighter Remix
X-Men Vs Street Fighter

Sega Dreamcast
Capcom Vs SNK 2 Millionaire Fighting 2001
Guilty Gear X
King of Fighters 1999 Dream Match, The
King of Fighters 1999 Evolution, The
King of Fighters 2000, The
King of Fighters 2001, The
King of Fighters 2002, The
Marvel Vs. Capcom
Marvel Vs. Capcom 2: New Age of Heroes
Sonic the Hedgehog Birthday Pack
Street Fighter Zero 3: Saikyō-ryū Dōjō

I had always intended to pick up Shadowrun for Sega CD, being a huge fan of the pencil and paper game years ago, even though it would be nigh impossible for me to even play it (due to the sheer amount of text).

I've got copies of ESPN NBA Hangtime '95 for Sega CD and T-Mek for Sega 32X in the mail, so once they arrive I'll get those scanned in and linked.

I'm still about 25 manuals short of a full US set for Sega Master System, though, still plan on starting here next month scanning and just as with the others, I'll go back and update what I skipped when I pick up copies.  Even though some are readily available in places such as eBay, I typically try to hold out for deals (such as with ESPN NBA Hangtime '95, which cost me $25).

Manual for ESPN NBA Hangtime '95 posted, so that officially wraps up Sega CD (1972 total scans), unless I decide to scan in the green Wonderdog, Night Trap re-release, matte version of Lunar and the micro versions of games like Ecco, Sonic CD and Sewer Shark from when they became pack-in games.

I should have a copy of Zaxxon Motherbase 2000 for 32X on the way here next week, which will leave just 3 pending 32X manuals.

Sega Master System will kick up in August, and along with the manuals, I'll be scanning the case inserts as well.

I sent a message over to the admins @ SMS Power (http://www.smspower.org/) which is a great Sega Master System resource site, that already offered scans of a number of Sega Master System games, worldwide, along with OCR text versions, and they'll be converting all of my manual scans to post on their site, and they already posted my test scan:
