Action Replay - GCN and PS2 - NTSC - Retail/Custom

I'm looking for covers so that I can store my action replay disks for the gamecube and ps2 in the retail size cases.  Would anyone be able to get a retail looking cover?

I found some decent scans on that webpage.  If nobody else is available to work on it, I could play around with MS paint for a while and try to make something out of this, but I'll wait to see if anybody volunteers since I honestly have no idea what I'm doing.  I did rather like some of the stuff on that cover that was submitted years ago.  Why isn't that one on the main site?

HERE is the Gamecube one, I thought I scanned my PS2 AR Max, but i did not. I will scan it later because I can not now.

So, just for future users, how do these end up on the main site?  I hope there's a way to get all new covers like this quickly organized into the actual cover areas instead of the forums.
