Sent you a PM to answer your question and, hopefully, not hijack.  I will say though, for those that don't have the desire, technical ability, or inclination gamereproductions.com does seem to provide some awesome stuff.  I do wish he wasn't using UGC's and covers made by members of this site has part of a "premium" to jack prices up in some cases...

Actually altough he uses our template, he does the covers himself.

I've only ever had good transactions with him and he's been very easy to deal with.  Maybe you shouldn't email him 30 times in a row... just saying, that's kinda annoying, like psycho ex-girlfriend annoying.

Well the cart works ok right? To be honest and not to sound like a jerk if the Cart works and just the label is a little torn it's really not a ripoff. Granted that is very annoying that everything was not perfect with your transaction but you are dealing with a handmade product and not a mass produced item from a corporate company. I bet he is not getting back to you because he has bigger fish to fry.  Making your own labels is really easy and you could print ~ 8 snes labels for about $1.

I actually had a bad experience with gamereproductions.com as well.  I ordered Star Fox 2 in July of 2010.  I wanted to be patient and give plenty of time for completion.  After 3 months I sent my first email inquiring as to an update and making sure my order didn't get overlooked.  I never received any response.  I sent messages periodically over the last 12 months.  Probably 6 messages in total as well as attempting to contact via PayPal.  I still have yet to receive a response or a cartridge.  Basically, he took the $100 for the game and kept it.  I even offered to swap for a different title.  The account section of the site shows my order as still Awaiting Fulfillment, so I have a hard time believing he received none of my messages nor is unaware I had paid.  He certainly had no problem receiving my payment.

I've ordered from him probably about 10 times and i've never had a single issue, aside from one game not holding saves quite right, and it turned out the battery was loose. but he responded to all of my emails very quickly and let me ship the game back to him to take a look at, and he shipped it back to me for free within two days.

The account section of the site shows my order as still Awaiting Fulfillment

My first order was completed year or so ago, and it still says Awaiting Fulfillment.
I think he said that he doesn't update that section.

I have no problem giving him as much time as he may need, but I don't think it is unreasonable after waiting for over 1 year to send an acknowledgement email to let me know he hadn't forgotten about the order.  I even offered to accept a different game if there was a reason that he couldn't supply the one in question but he litterally would not respond to any attempt at contact.
