Well the cart works ok right? To be honest and not to sound like a jerk if the Cart works and just the label is a little torn it's really not a ripoff. Granted that is very annoying that everything was not perfect with your transaction but you are dealing with a handmade product and not a mass produced item from a corporate company. I bet he is not getting back to you because he has bigger fish to fry. Making your own labels is really easy and you could print ~ 8 snes labels for about $1. |

I actually had a bad experience with gamereproductions.com as well. I ordered Star Fox 2 in July of 2010. I wanted to be patient and give plenty of time for completion. After 3 months I sent my first email inquiring as to an update and making sure my order didn't get overlooked. I never received any response. I sent messages periodically over the last 12 months. Probably 6 messages in total as well as attempting to contact via PayPal. I still have yet to receive a response or a cartridge. Basically, he took the $100 for the game and kept it. I even offered to swap for a different title. The account section of the site shows my order as still Awaiting Fulfillment, so I have a hard time believing he received none of my messages nor is unaware I had paid. He certainly had no problem receiving my payment. |
