Considering the service he's providing is pretty much illegal, I'm not surprised he "ripped you off".

If the label is the biggest problem...you could always make your own. I've bought a few games from him and had no issues. He is a one man operation, I bet he burns out from time to time.

I like to use glue sticks and rubber bands.

Best thing to use to apply labels with is rubber cement. You apply some to the label and some to the cart, let it sit for about a minute then apply it. And the cool thing is it sticks very well but also removes extreamly clean with no residue if you need to remove it. I learnt that from my buddy over at The NES Dump! :)

I've purchased a handful of labels from the guy at gamereproductions.com as well and haven't had any issues at all.  The labels were great quality and he always returned any message I sent within 48 hours (which is pretty standard in the business world).  Shipping did take a while, but from what I understand, he has a massive amount of game label orders, so that's pretty understandable in my eyes.

I got a Final Fantasy label from him a while back with no problems.  I actually got it before I thought I would.

I was worried about ordering from him myself as well.  Some people seem to have no problems with him and others nothing but.  As I was really wanting to play the Shin Megami Tensei games that he offers for sale I ended up taking a different approach.  Read up on it and made one myself!  With the number of repros I wanted to play, like Arseen seems to  ;D, I couldn't afford to buy them pre-made at the prices he was charging...

Not to hijack the thread, but care to share where you learned about creating your own repros? :D

Sent you a PM to answer your question and, hopefully, not hijack.  I will say though, for those that don't have the desire, technical ability, or inclination gamereproductions.com does seem to provide some awesome stuff.  I do wish he wasn't using UGC's and covers made by members of this site has part of a "premium" to jack prices up in some cases...

There is a guy on Ebay doing the same thing, selling them for like $5, last time I checked. Sadly we cant do anything about it, because a Savvy enough lawyer could have us shut down...ok..you guys (I say that because...well I don't think I've ever posted a worth while cover).
