Red Faction II - PS2 - DVD Insert

I bought a used copy of Red Faction II from Gamestop, but it has a replacement insert. I'd really appreciate it if someone could make a replacement.
I'd like the original, retail version for the Playstation 2. Thanks in advance. I'll give you a cookie after.

Okay, that's good, but, I don't know the first thing about image editing.

There's a scan in the raws section. You just need someone to clean it up.
