I live in Europe and for me it shows $2.98 cart + $3.24 shipping.
Would not call that good condition.

Looks "Mint" to me.... as in the condition of the game is better than the in-game graphics...

The game complete in like new condition gores for about 8$ and other sales of cart only are for 3$ for a like new cart, probably not. Maybe in a lot with others.
