I have two of these discs, but they are just in little plastic sleeves. Do we have a cover made for them yet or anything to scan for them?

Mine came in the fancy two-disc GameCube case.

My first one came from renewing Nintendo Power. The second one came for registering a certain number of games on My Nintendo, I believe. Each one was just a plastic clear sleeve, from what I remember. I'm looking to get a cover that would be just for that instead of a 2 disc cover.
