Hey everyone i need some help, I downloaded a Usa box cover for a reproduction box and when i did the cover was in two picture files and not one like many of the ones  in the mini box reproduction thread. So is there any way to get it like that

NO.

Repro box (full size SNES box, not mini box) won't be printable on one sheet of paper, too big.
You have to print on two sheets and the glue together.

or some really creative uses of plastic laminate does the trick
