3 Blue Mega Stars instead of 10 Yellow regular ones.
That makes sense as Forum Admin is 5 green stars and Global Moderator (if it was used) has 5 blue stars.
So something more than yellow, but less than 5 special stars.

I could rather easily think of a nice custom rank Arseen should get. :D ;D
