Non-Standard Cart Size List for GB, GBC & GBA

I've been doing some web searching over the past few days, trying to find a list of all of the non-standard shaped Gameboy, Gameboy Color, and Gameboy Advance Carts. It hasn't been going too well.

This is what I've learned so far:

Are there any other unusually shaped GB, GBC, & GBA Games, that aren't on my list?
Are all of the Game Boy Color Rumble Games all shaped and sized exactly the same?

That reminded me about the eReader for GBA.
Both have been added to the list.

Boktai and Boktai 2 for the GBA, they have extended carts with the sunlight sensor in them.

There's the various Game Genie/Game Shark/Code Breaker/Action Replay devices.  Also the SharkMail modem.

And, while it's not quite what you're looking for, there's a few oddly-shaped accessories that go into the GBA slot on the DS/DS lite.

There was one I saw of Joshua, that Bible game made by Wisdom Tree for the original GB and it looked pretty obscure.

There is also this thing that I actually own. It actually sucks pretty bad... I mainly use it to wipe save files from used cartridges.

It does fit in my Gameboy/Color-modified EU DS cases (bottom tabs cut off to fit normal GB and GBC games).

I used to have the Bible for GB that looked just like that Joshua. Not a game, the actual Bible. Sorta like a prototype kindle I guess.. And there's probably other Wisdom Tree games like that too. I also used to have a GB FM radio.
