The Italian Job/Gran Turismo 2 - PS1 - NA - DVD Case - Raws

Hi guys, I'm looking for NTSC-U DVD case covers for a couple of Playstation 1 games. The first is The Italian Job. We have front and back scans for the game (these were not scanned by me)

The second game is Gran Turismo 2. We already have a PAL cover for this game, but we don't have an NTSC-U version yet. I don't see the raw scans in the archive, but here's a link to the game's page which has the CD covers and PAL DVD cover.
