Quick Question, not related to the previous posts...
Does anybody here have the game Earnest Evans? It's on Mega Drive/Genesis as well as on Mega CD/Sega CD.
I was "retro shopping" at eBay and the shop I was browsing had the game Earnest Evans. I never heard of it so I checked some youtube videos. It looked kinda decent but a little awkward. The soundtrack is awesome though, so I bought it. It was cheap anyway

My question is, has the game anything else going for it than a rocking soundtrack or is that its only quality?
After some research I learned that Earnest Evans is the first game of a trilogy with the 2nd part in the series being "El Viento" and the 3rd entry "Annet Futatabi". The third one is a Japan-exclusive Mega CD/Sega CD game though. The games seem to heaviliy borrow from other games like Castlevania or Shinobi, they look just ok but the soundtracks are really awesome.
