idk, while it's based off that game, it's really it's own thing as it's in a different language.  It's also listed separately on the SNES side of things: http://www.thecoverproject.net/view.php?cat_id=8&view=c

Yeah, but I think it should still be considered the same game, much like Doki Doki Panic and SMB2; We're Back/ Agro Saur, Baby T Rex and Bamse on Game Boy. Same as a Japanese version of a US game. My take on it is that gamefaqs gets that stuff correct most of the time, and that's how it should be. IMO anyway.
