New Genesis/Mega Drive covers....

Because I'm not brilliant with PS and I can't make a decent looking cover trying to use the template. I tried with Sonic 3 last night.

On the site if passed the inspection (takes some weeks) or on mediafrei or the likes of the creator uploads them there as well.

For the records. I'm in the process of making a huge load of covers site ready. Should be a big site update on the next weekend or at least in two to three weeks.

Hey Tik thanks for putting up the new covers on the site.  One thing though, the Sagaia cover was by me, not Irvgotti, also it's a custom cover.

I also noticed that a bunch of retail covers that were uploaded in the last batch, were filed a custom.

On recent covers list all NES and SNES covers fromm Wing Commandser down are listed as Custom.
Atleast the SNES ones should be called retail.

NES ones can be Custom or Retail depending is the definiton changing to:
With NES logo on spine = Custom
Without our NES logo = Retail

If the definition is starting to change then the Gyruss cover higher on the list should be called Retail like it is, and the NES covers on the bottom of the list should be called custom like they are.

I say keep the covers that look about the same as retail ones called Retail, and truly custom ones Custom, Just as the definition has been since I joined.

i don't think all have been added yet,  there was a pretty big backlog - none of mine are up yet either, and I HOPE at least some of them were good enough.  LOL

I'm just waiting to see if at least one of them makes the cut. It will let me know if I should bother scanning in the rest of my covers/boxes.

EDIT: I just uploaded the retail, NTSC cover for Road Rash 3. I hope makes the cut.

I know the upload process is slow and on-going, but I'm just hoping some covers that were finished a WHILE  back haven't been lost/forgotten in the mix. Definitely looking forward to casing my copy of Gunstar Heroes when I get the chance.

A cover which long has been overdue! Seems like I saw sth floating around sometime in the past but still up to now we only have a custom on site. This ends now. 100% retail.



By the way this may be one of the best run 'n gun games ever! Also quite hard but which platformer style game wasn't difficult back in the days?
