Quazimoto I been working on a primal rage it'll be out soon. Also with monopoly, can you rescan the front? Maybe place some weight on the scanner cuz there are some blurry spots. 600dpi with no adjustments and descreened setttings (if possible).

Actually no adjustment doesn't apply to all scanners. With my old scanner I always had to choose document as a scanned source type (plus derasterization) and the scans looked perfect. With my new scanner it is pretty difficult. Without any source option the scans look extremly bland and colorless as it was the same with my old scanner BUT when I choose document the scans get extremly oversaturated sometimes. *ggggrrrrrr* The new scanner software sucks bigtime.

I gotta say, I've always loved the black grid Genesis cases.  The red stripe ones are nice and distinctive, but the black grid has a real nostalgic vibe to it.  Nice work.

HA I just got my Japanese Burning Force in the mail the other day.  I was gonna scan it to see if anyone wanted to do a localized version with that box art, but I guess you beat me to it.   

Did you get that off the Japanese cover or does the Euro one use the same art?

Actually this is the retail EU cover. 100% retail.

Fortunately the EU covers sometimes used the JP artwork rather than the often hideous US artwork.

Ahhhhhh. I really loved the Chuck Rock games on my Amiga back in the days. Haven't played the MD version yet but I suppose it is quite similar.

The cover is 100% retail and because of that it looks a bit strange. Don't ask me why the didn't use the grid and another front legal text.

The cover is from a scan of the EU MD version, so I couldn't really do much about the bar at the bottom, if anyone has a scan of the Genesis version I'd appreciate it.

Thank you very much for this. I thought this would never turn up. My copy was loose. Could you provide the raws? I'd like to play around with them and see if I can get them closer to the NA version. It doesn't look like it would be too hard to clone tool in some stuff at the bottom and then expand the caution tape stripes at the top to go under the Sega logo like the original.

I'm guessing the back was all custom?

Yeah I can send you the scan when I get home tonight.  And you are correct, the back is all custom as the MD version I have has the multi language text on the back, so I just made a back that was more in line with the other JP games.
