I found another site that allowed me to upload/download the large, untouched, scans of the covers I need.  This ones seems to lack the multiple, uber annoying, ads that the filefactory download links had...

I literally JUST made a case exactly like this, except at a slightly different size. I adjusted the insert to fit one of the extra-thick EA Genesis cases, that way there's no bulge when you close the case, and the EA cases requires just a very slight modification and the S&K cart won't move around like it can in a regular Gen case.

I also made Sonic & Knuckles covers a few pages back, they just haven't been uploaded because the uploads are broken.  Mine are technically customs though because that whole front cover has be redone, I also used the Japanese style logo.

Well, to be honest, it took a good bit of hack-job re-working of the original Genesis template. Basically, I made the cover the same height, but 11 inches wide. Then, using the exact copied backs and fronts of the original covers, I pasted them each to opposite sides of the image, that way I would know the size that the spine needed to be. Once I saw the gaps between the fronts and backs, I basically re-made the red striped spine from scratch, starting on the cover side, and moving back. When I printed it out, I had to cut a total of maybe 1/16th of an inch off of the sides to make it fit. If you would like, I could send you the PSD file that I used to make the EA-sized cover. The work is pretty rough, I warn you, though. That file is ugly and was made for my eyes only.

EDIT: Also, how the eff did I miss this re-working!?

The back on this thing is beautifully re-done, although I think I like the original art for the front cover a bit more. Still, really awesome. Now I need to re-print my custom cover to use this beautifully re-worked back.

Also...

Is anyone able to make the Primal Rage and Monopoly covers?  I have no idea how to do them myself and would very much appreciate the help to complete my Genesis game covers.

If there's anything I can do as far as re-scanning or re-uploading the raw scans, please let me know.  The latest links I posted are rather large files sizes (scanned at a high dpi to capture the details of the covers), so I don't know how much of a pain those might be to work with and would be happy to re-scan if needed.

No problem if it takes a while, I can be patient; just let me know if you are able and willing to work on them and if there's anything I can do on my end to help.

IrfanView works well with psd files (though the psd must be saved in max compatibility mode).

You want the thick-EA case version of Sonic & Knuckles? I could just upload it and send it to you if all you want to do is print it. I finished editing the back so it has the newly re-done back, but still has the classic front on the cover. Let me know if you want me to upload it, and I'll do it next time I'm at my computer.
