Thanks man! No need for Doom, there's plenty of that already and if need be I also have a really good scan of it too.  Pitfall though would be most awesome.

Hey djshock. Wanted to start work on the Trouble Shooter scans today but the spine logo, front logo and front Sega Seal are a bit blurred. Could you maybe rescan it with sth heavy on it like a big book?

Hey Tik, sorry about that, I guess the book I used wasn't heavy enough.  I'll take the game with me to work and scan again tomorrow.

That's strange. If you used a book allready (I thought you maybe only used the scanner lid) to flatten it out it should heve been a perfect scan. Especially for Genesis and other sleeve cover scans a normal book should be enough....

My new scanner (Canon Lide 210) gives me headache at the moment too by the way. He makes the scans much too dark or much to light and faded. *yuck* That is what you get for wanting newer technology to work with. My old scanner made really good scans....

My scanner scans fuzzy near the e dges, that's why I try to scan in the middle of the scanner bed

Make sure that you don't have autoshade, or something like that on.
