I am getting a 3DS soon and I was just wondering, for those of you who actually own one, does the thumbstick work on old DS games?  Super Mario 64 DS is a real bitch with the D-pad.

BTW: You can use the DS touch sceen as analog stick when playing Mario.

It does, ds games are so much better with the stick.... I'm actually playing Mario 64 ds with the stick at this very moment.
