Has anyone given thought to recreating manuals for various old school games such as say, snes, or nes (really any 16bit/8bit systems). I've been working on a custom manual for final fantasy vi because they use black everywhere and my printer hates printing in black. I used up alot of ink just printing out ps2 covers that were in black. (I sometimes get games for .99c each and they have no cover, manual, or case, disc only). Anyways I can post an image of what i had done so far if there is any interest. Uploaded with ImageShack.us |

I've created a manual template for Genesis and made a custom manual for a Super Mario hack. Check it out: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=5140.0 You can use my template if you want, you'd just have to adapt the page sizes to SNES manual dimensions. The template file and instructions are in my box account in my sig. I do plan on eventually making more manuals, it's just A LOT of work to make those things, so I just haven't had the time yet. |

mavrick, fuzzy image, read this: http://www.thecoverproject.net/forums/index.php?topic=5754.0 But yes the idea of making manuals comes up once in a while. Ecxitment ensues, but then it's forgotten. But please do create manuals especially for games that don't have English manual. |

I will make more for sure, probably as my next major project. Right now I'm finishing off the last few covers for an almost complete 32x collection. Then I'm gonna make a Korean Mega Drive template. After that I should have some time to focus on a manual or two. |
