Today came to an end a school era.

There has been atleast 1 of our family's kids in our local elementary school since 1986.
That's 25 years straight!
At best time there was 4 our kids at the same time.

And only one teacher has been there the whole time.

I went to my sister's gratuvation, and talked to the teacher's and they were bit surpriced that has it really been 25 years.

Oh the memories!!!

I miss school days... A lot.
Most people over 30 tends to be angry/depressed and/or concerned about money almost/life all the time!
The good thing is I'm 2 years away from that red thin line hehe.

P.S. Totally personal point of view.

I'm 2 years past the magical line, and I'm fine.
Not rich but fine.
And I'm thinking of returning to school, to become either nurse or ambulance nurse.

Man, I'd give anything to be back in school. Senor year was the best by far. I had two programming classes back to back first thing in the morning and all of my friends were in there with me. Now we've all got our own things going on, whether it be marriage, children, jobs, etc. and I can't remember the last time we all got together.

Things were so much easier then, haha.  :-\

It's always weird thinking about things like this.  I had a friend (haven't seen him for about 4 years now, though :( ) who I grew up with, and we used to do pretty much everything together.  Back in junior high he had a paper route and after school we would ride our bikes through the neighbourhood delivering the papers, then we'd go back to his house and play SNES for hours.  I still remember us being little kids back in elementary school, now it's strange to think that he has kids himself.

The circle of life makes everything a bit more humbling, especially when you consider that that part of your life is gone, never to return.  All I have left is my memories and my nostalgic video game collection.   ;)

Just graduated high school myself last week. I honestly don't know what to expect of the next few years but at least I can say I'm excited.

Also, just found this on reddit. Thought it was a bit relevant. ;)

Five years old?  Kind of an early age to be talking about love, isn't it?  At five years old girls and boys still think each other are pretty gross.  ;D

Still, I'm guessing that was a long time ago...you're probably at least in your late teens/early twenties now, yes?  Kind of a long time to go without having feelings for someone.

Yeah we the Finns are very sentimental people.
We love long we hold grudge long.
