Phew that is a respectable question. Some of my favourite bands/music styles are. Shania Twain. Her latest album rocks! J Lo! Also one of the best artists alive! A yes and who doesn't absolutely love her? Kate Perry for sure! All of her albums have been soul-soothing and tranqulizing to the utmost perfection. ;D |

I was in high school from 93-97, so I like the Alternative/Grunge bands from that time. Some of my favorites are: Stone Temple Pilots Smashing Pumpkins Alice In Chains Aerosmith Collective Soul Blind Melon Soundgarden But I listen to everything from rock to jazz to classical. The only music I can't stand is the hardcore metal & all this hip-hop/trance/techno/rap crap. I just don't get it. But my favorite band definitely has to be the FUNK BROTHERS. They were the band that played on all of the Motown songs of the 50', 60', & early 70'. They have more hits than the Beatles, Rolling Stones, the Doors & Led Zeppelin combined. If you've never seen the documentary Standing In The Shadows Of Motown, get it & watch it. It will make you appreciate what they did for music. |
