SNES - Harvest Moon Label - NTSC-U

My Harvest Moon cartridge is in desperate need of a new label. I cannot find a scan of it anywhere and I lack the skills to make it. If anyone here can scan it or make one, it would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks.

I can try if it doesn't have to be necessarily 100% accurate, altough it might be. ;D
