My Harvest Moon cartridge is in desperate need of a new label. I cannot find a scan of it anywhere and I lack the skills to make it. If anyone here can scan it or make one, it would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks.

I can try if it doesn't have to be necessarily 100% accurate, altough it might be.  ;D

Here is my first try:

Download here: http://www.mediafire.com/i/?03marluzjz0bfhl

Print at 32% size.

Everyone tell me how did I fare and needs to be improved.

That is really good! Only a few minor inconsistencies. Here's my edit with a few subtle changes:

There's still a few things that could be done with it. I think the purple color of the Natsume logo is supposed be more blue and the purple color of the triangle and rectangle should be lighter.

You know what though? The PAL cover art is soo much better. I'd like to make an NTSC-U label using the PAL cover art but there's just no high res scans of it anywhere.

I used Lufia label as base and did that without good reference, so your probaböly right about the colors.

I'll fix that.

Oh, and thanks for the fixes, like I said I had no good reference to use as guide.

Actually I used scan from Gamefaqs, this scan of theirs of PAL fron is same resolution as the one I used:

I'll give it a shot.

I'll let you decide will you add that K-A label and cover the horse or move it some where else.
Copy the logo from the other label.

Again lookks now bit bad but, when printed at 32% will be OK.

Also recolored the things you mentioned.

If you're using Photoshop then you could try using my template:
