I was just curious if anyone here knew that some Genesis cases fit 32x carts.  I'll post a picture as soon as i can take a picture of one (might be tomorrow or the next day).

So far the three that I know of are:

WWF Wrestlemania the Arcade Game
Big Hurt (baseball game)
Foreman For Real

The link between these is that they are 1995 Acclaim games, and the cases were probably made to house both the genesis cart and 32x cart for cheaper costs.
Also note, these fit with minor play, and the genesis carts have quite a bit of play as the holder is considerably larger, and that I have seen another case of Foreman For Real that WILL NOT fit, so that is what it is.

Anyone know of other carts that have the bigger cart holder that fits 32x?

I just tried with my European Mega Drive cases.

I'd say all non-EA Mega Drive cases hold 32-X games with minimal modification perfectly as do Master System cases.

Width is pefect height just too small so it is necessaru to cut away bit from either top or bottom of the cart holder.
The claws hold the cart ibn place with out the cut parts.

If you cut off just two tiny parts of a regular Sega Genesis case, you can put 32X games in there.

Also, if you want cases that were made specifically for 32X games, Acclaim made a few 32X games in black plastic cases similar to Genesis cases. The only one I can remember at the moment is NBA Jam, I'm about 90% sure that NBA Jam came in a black plastic case.

I thought I remembered looking for some EA Genesis cases to fit 32X games in, but I just looked through my collection and I remembered incorrectly. I used the thicker black plastic cases that some EA games came in (PGA Golf Tour is what I think I ended up finding) to house my copies of Sonic & Knuckles and my Neo Myth cartridge. Both of those were too thick for the original Genesis plastic cases.

I should have clarified, these are Genesis game cases that are made by Acclaim from 1995 that fit 32x carts with no mods what so ever.   I was just theorizing that Acclaim used the same case for both Genesis games and 32x games as a means of cutting costs and producing for two different systems, and was wondering if other people with much larger libraries than I could look to see if other games from 1995 made by Acclaim are capable of fitting 32x carts with no mods.  The reason for this is so that I and others that wish to do the same could find cheaper games to buy, for say a buck or two from ebay, to have cases from less popular titles for their 32x carts without dwindling the population to harshly of the few 32x games that came in black clams.

Once again, I will take pictures of the three that I have found within the next day or so.

Yeah I (we) understood that.
I merely pointed out that any non-EA Euro Mega Drive case (and Master system)accomodates 32-X games with minor cutting.
Getting enough those perfect cases will be impossible.
