Maybe, I guess you only need one EPROM a game and dont need to worry too much about special chips, though they have different memory maps afaik. Never tried it cause I am not interested in NES :)
BTW, your package didnt seem to make it yet.
edit: Just got it now :) Didnt open it yet though, will look at it in the next few days!

The other boards i decided to desolder and maybe I can reuse them they look pretty clean.
I need to study the tsop method a little more.
I not sure if the programmer I have can program the AM29F032.
