Turns out my eprom burner is a dud,

can anyone burn TSOP40s (attached to SNES converter boards for installing to a doner cart) and regular eproms for NES carts? Game reproductions does NES but apparently not single eproms anymore.

Thats what I was worried about, That my eprom burner was goofing up, and I was doing all that soldering with bogus eproms.

I found the problem with mine, eprom burners mostly don't like 64 bit OSs, and the parallel port on my Mobo was not wired up all the way. I have an older laptop now that works.

Alternatively, you can have the guy at NES reproductions burn your game for you at $7 an eprom (note some NES games require 2 eproms, CHR and PGR)

even the gamereproductions guy is have problems getting these.  It looks like my reproduction dreams are going to be put on complete hold
