Yeah, but free help is never bad thing.
Those buggers helped extending RROD coverage to 3+ years and if Video projector lamp is promised to last 5000 hours, it must be replaced free of charge if it breaks under 4900 hours.
Plus our washing machine had 2 year warranty, it broke after 4 years, it was repaired for free as it's to be expected to last longer than 4 years.
Gotta love the EU rules.
