Download IrfanView(here, it's free), open the psd file with it and then save as jpeg.

Nothing too major wrong.

There are two things on the back that look like scratches (left side between the skulls) they might be part of the background but look too much like scratches, so I think better to remove them.
R.E.A.L Interactive Multiplayer text looks bit fuzzy. Do replace if you can find sharper one.

Finally suggestion:
On spine move move monster left  (or up in this orientation) move Manor after that and add the subtitle.
On front move the main title bit up and add the subtitle under it.
Add the subtitle to the back also if it fits nicely.

Spine is the most important as it shows from the shelf.  :)
