Create an account and upload your preview image to imageshack. Once the image is uploaded copy the forum url and pastes here in a post.

I'm goin to assume you're using photoshop. Open your project. To save go to File>Save As>project name (and under that you should be able to change formats. Change to jpeg.) And done.
As an alternative. If you can only save as png. Do that. Then open the png and "save as" jpeg. :)
